ANIMALES FANTASTICOS
These carvings represent the imaginative effort of many people living in the valleys around Oaxaca in Mexico.
Each is hand-carved and hand painted. The men carve the images from the wood of the copal tree, and the women do the painting. Each is an original and most are signed by the artists.
